Tuition Reimbursement Incentive Program
The T.R.I.P. program is an easy way to reduce your tuition at no cost to you by purchasing gift certificates you can use at stores, restaurants and other places of business. Don’t let all that shopping go unrewarded!
How does it work? A registration form must be completed each school year. An account or family number will be assigned to each family registering for T.R.I.P.. Following the T.R.I.P. schedule, you submit your order envelope for the vendor certificates you would like to order. Once the order is filled, the envelopes are delivered to your child’s classroom or you can pick them up in the Timothy Business Office. Each vendor has a “rebate” or percent of your order that will be returned to you as a tuition credit. The money earned on each participating family’s account will be held by Timothy and credited to your account in January and in May, or held if you are a future families. A receipt showing your tuition credit will be sent to you shortly after this. With each order, the new order envelope you receive will list the amount of credit you earned from that order.
The list of vendors, along with their discount is listed below. It does change periodically, so be sure to check it frequently for new or discontinued vendors. Summer Walk-in dates and regular order turn-in dates:
June 18
July 16
August 20
The walk-in time will be 9:00-10:00 am. Regular orders should be turned in by 10:00 am. They will be ready for pick-up on the following Wednesday after 10:00am.
