Enroll in Facts Online Using E-Cashier Program

Timothy Christian Schools continues to partner with FACTS Management Company to help us manage our tuition payment program. FACTS is used by many schools locally and over 5,000 schools nationally. We are confident this program will offer greater efficiency and financial stability for the school while providing convenience to families.
One of our consistent goals each year at Timothy Christian Schools is to maintain and improve the business side of our school. By taking advantage of the security and convenience of automatic payment processing and information technology offered by FACTS, we remain committed to this goal.
This is very important: Every family who will have children attending Timothy Christian Schools next year will need to be enrolled in the FACTS Management Company system. It is a system that automatically deducts from your bank account the agreed upon tuition payments.
If you are enrolled in the FACTS program for the 2009-2010 year you will not need to complete a new agreement. If your information has changed (bank, account number, etc) you will need to contact the business office to make the necessary changes. Early in June, with your financial registration packet, you will receive information regarding financial information for the 2010-2011 school year. Included in this packet will be more information regarding the FACTS tuition management program.
But, you can begin the enrollment process immediately by clicking on to the E-cashier logo located above. You will be asked to choose a payment plan and enroll. All new families must enroll by June 10, 2010. Tuition payments for next school year will begin in August even though you will be enrolling well before that time. If you are unable to use the online enrollment process, please contact the business office.
Families who will be paying tuition in full up front need not enroll in the FACTS plan.
